Mr Han Hai Kwang

Mr. Han has thirty-five years of experience in the Offshore Oil & Marine business. After a stint as a manager for a leading player in the industry, he started up his own company which was subsequently listed on the Main Board in the Singapore Exchange (SGX). He was Managing Director of the listed company until he substantially divested his interest. Mr. Han brings with him a diverse experience in overall management and business investment both locally and overseas.
Mr. Han is a commissioned Officer of the Singapore Armed Forces and last served as a Battalion Commander of the 13th Rescue Battalion of the Singapore Civil Defence Force.
Mr Han has been a Christian since 1970 and been active in serving the local church, Annual and General Conferences of the Methodist Church in Singapore in various roles and capacities. His area of passion is evangelism and missions. He is a member of Grace Methodist Church and the first Vice President of the Chinese Annual Conference.
Mr Seah Liang Chiang
B. Sc (Economics), National University of Singapore (1987)As executive director, Mr. Seah brings to the Bamboo Board and Management Team a very diverse set of business experience and connections from various agencies and institutions.
Mr. Seah started DSC, an IT company in 1993 and subsequently listed it on the Malaysian ACE market in 2009. He sold out his substantial shareholding and resigned from DSC in 2014, in order to devote more time to his other pursuits.
Mr Seah has been invited to participate in several industry forums and business committees. He was President of the Entrepreneurs’ Organisation (2000-2003), committee member of the Institute of Policy Studies (2002), committee member of the Council for Corporate Disclosures & Governance under the MOF (2003), committee member of the Temasek Polytechnic Business Advisory Board (2003-2006), committee member of the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) Focus Group (2005- 2006), executive committee member of the Action Committee for Entrepreneurship (ACE) under MTI (2005-2012), member of the Enterprise Development Advisory Council (EDAC) under Spring Singapore (2007-2012) and committee member of the Pro-Enterprise Panel (PEP) under MTI (2003-present).He was a finalist at the inaugural Phoenix award by EDB and received the Spirit Enterprise Award (SOE) in 2007.
Mr Seah worships at Aldersgate Methodist Church (AMC) and serves on the leadership (LCEC) as well as missions committee.
Rev Teresa Wilborn

Rev Wilborn has served with The Methodist Missions Society for the past six years, and is presently Assistant Director of Community Development. Rev Wilborn was ordained by the Methodist Church in Singapore as a Diaconal Minister in 2010.
Prior to entering ministry, Rev Wilborn worked with a multinational telecommunications corporation for 23 years. She has lived and worked in Asia since 1994.
Rev Wilborn was baptized in 1967, and is a member of Aldersgate Methodist Church in Singapore.
Mr Tan Hua Joo

Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Administration/MIS – Washington State UniversityMr. Tan Hua Joo is a strong advocate of business as mission (BAM). At the Bamboo Board, he has the role of ensuring good governance and accountability to members and donors.
He is presently the Managing Director of Capstone Aluminium Pte Ltd. He has more than 25 years of senior management experience in the aluminium industry, specializing in aluminium extrusions and fabricated products.
Mr. Tan holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Business Administration/MIS from the Washington State University.
Mr Tan is the Chairperson for Board of Missions in the Chinese Annual Conference of The Methodist Church of Singapore, and an Associate lay leader at Telok Ayer Chinese Methodist Church. He is also actively involved in social voluntary work, and serves as a Board Member in the All Saints Home since 2007, a non –profit organization in Singapore.
